Second, the conditions for the introduction of talents

Article 3 The imported personnel shall meet the following basic conditions:

Article 4 An employer's application for introducing talents that meet the requirements of Article 3 of these Measures and meet one of the following conditions shall be handled by the Municipal Talent Exchange Service Center in accordance with the examination and approval measures:

(a) all kinds of high-level talents at or above the municipal level in Kunshan City who have been recognized by the Municipal Talent Office and are in office, and their age does not exceed the corresponding talent recognition standards;

(2) Having senior professional and technical qualifications obtained through the national unified examination, senior professional and technical qualifications in Jiangsu Province or effective senior professional and technical qualifications outside the province recognized by the municipal human resources and social security department, and under the age of 55;

(3) Having obtained the professional qualification certificates of senior technicians and technicians, aged under 55 and 50 respectively;

(4) Having a doctor's degree, a master's degree or a bachelor's degree, and being under the age of 55, 50 and 45 respectively;

(five) overseas students who have passed the certification of the Ministry of Education come to Kunming to start a business, and they are under the age of 50;

(6) Having a legally fixed residence and a stable occupation in this Municipality and being rated as a model worker at or above the level of Kunshan, and under the age of 50;

(seven) fresh graduates with full-time college education or above;

Third, the handling procedures

Article 5 The introduction of talents should first log on to the website of Kunshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (www.kshrss.gov.cn > ) and fill in the relevant information.

(two) the application materials are incomplete or do not meet the requirements and can not be corrected on the spot, return the application materials, and indicate all the contents that need to be corrected;

(three) does not meet the conditions for the introduction or does not belong to the scope of acceptance, inform the inadmissible and explain the reasons.

Article 7 Where an applicant submits supplementary application materials as required, the Municipal Talent Exchange Service Center shall receive the supplementary application materials, and the date of acceptance shall be counted from the date of receipt of the supplementary application materials.

Article 8 The Municipal Talent Exchange Service Center shall make a decision on whether to approve the introduction within 10 working days from the date of acceptance. Under special circumstances, the time limit for examination and approval may be appropriately extended, but the longest time shall not exceed 30 working days.
