First, measures to prevent fraud.
1. Accurately record the account number and account name of the swindler, and call 1 10 at the first time.
2. Please keep relevant evidence such as chat records and transfer records, and report the case to the local police station in time.
3. If the "Trojan virus" link is accidentally clicked, resulting in financial losses, you need to swipe your mobile phone and change the third-party payment password of the bank card bound to your mobile phone.
Second, what should I do if I disclose personal information through telephone fraud?
In serious cases, it may be suspected of illegally obtaining personal information of citizens. You can report the case to the public security organ and investigate the criminal responsibility of the relevant units or individuals.
Article 253 of the Criminal Law Amendment (VII) of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates:
Staff of state organs or financial, telecommunications, transportation, education, medical and other units who, in violation of state regulations, sell or illegally provide citizens' personal information obtained by their own units in the course of performing their duties or providing services to others, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention and shall also, or shall only, be fined.
Whoever steals or illegally obtains the above information by other means, if the circumstances are serious, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Where a unit commits the crimes mentioned in the preceding two paragraphs, it shall be fined, and the persons who are directly in charge and other persons who are directly responsible shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of each paragraph.

(II) The Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Specific Application of Laws in Handling Criminal Cases of Fraud (implemented on April 8, 201/) stipulates that if the amount of public or private property is more than 3,000 yuan but less than 10,000 yuan, more than 30,000 yuan but more than 100,000 yuan and more than 500,000 yuan, it shall be deemed as "a large amount" and "a large amount". If the amount is huge or there are other serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years and shall also be fined; If the amount is especially huge or there are other especially serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment, and shall also be fined or confiscated. Where there are other provisions in this Law, such provisions shall prevail.
