Punching is to use an impact drill to lift a heavy bit (also known as an impact hammer) with a drilling edge, use the impact force of a free fall to cut the rock layer, and discharge the debris into the hole. There are two types of impact drilling rig: drill pipe type and wire rope type. The advantages of the former are smaller aperture, lower efficiency and less application. The drilling diameter of the latter is large, so the drill bit size can be modified according to the designed pile diameter, and the hammer weight is 3000 kg- 10000 kg (the hammer weight is determined according to the pile diameter).

Do a good job in site planning, guide wall construction, and dig mud pit, and then start construction after the guide wall construction reaches a certain strength. Drill a hole in the pile position with engineering washing machine, protect the wall with mud, clean the hole after the hole depth meets the design requirements, put it into a reinforcing cage, and then pile the hole wall with rigid conduit underwater concrete pouring method. This is the basic construction method of punching pile. The operation requirements are strict. If there is a slight negligence, necking and fracture will easily occur, and a large amount of soil or mud will be discharged when drilling and pouring concrete.

Strong ability to penetrate hard soil layer, high bearing capacity of single pile, high construction efficiency and simple operation;
Low noise, no nuisance, no mud wall protection, no sewage discharge, no precipitation, no soil squeezing, civilized construction site;
The comprehensive benefit is high, and the project cost is lower than other pile types.
Construction technology of punching cast-in-place pile;
Leveling the site → releasing the pile position → assembling the equipment → placing the steel casing → positioning the drilling rig → drilling to the designed depth and stopping drilling → pumping superfluid concrete into the hole with a concrete pump while lifting the drill pipe → putting the drill pipe into the reinforcing cage → piling → pile head treatment → pile top protection measures.
