Company registration flow chart

The process of registering a company is as follows:

1. Determine the company name and apply for name pre-approval and registration at the Industrial and Commercial Bureau;

2. Formulate the articles of association of the company and pay the capital contribution;

3. Apply for business license;

4. Registration institution code certificate and tax registration certificate;

5. Open an account in the bank.

Article 17 of the Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration stipulates that the establishment of a company shall apply for the pre-approval of its name.

Where laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions stipulate that the establishment of a company must be approved, or the business scope of the company belongs to matters that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, the company name shall be pre-approved before being submitted for examination and approval, and the company name approved by the company registration authority shall be submitted.
