Schools of all levels and types refer to schools that implement preschool education, general primary education, general secondary education, vocational education, general higher education, special education and adult education. 4. Online declaration
Since 2008, all applications for teacher qualification have been submitted online. At present, most provinces use "China Teacher Qualification Network" as the registration website, and a few provinces use their own registration websites. Applicants need to log on to the website designated by the administrative department of education for online declaration.
Please note that the online application function of China Teacher Qualification Network can be divided into two portals: "Online application portal for qualified applicants who took the national unified examination" and "Online application portal for applicants who did not take the national unified examination". Candidates should choose the correct online declaration entrance, register, fill in and submit online newspaper information according to whether they need to take the exam and what kind of exam they want to take.
At present, the national teacher qualification applicants are divided into the following four categories.
The first category is full-time normal education graduates (including full-time master of education graduates) who do not need to take the teacher qualification examination (including written examination and practical ability test).
The second category is non-normal education graduates who have participated in teacher qualification examinations (including written examinations and practical ability tests) organized by various provinces and passed the tests, as well as normal education graduates who need to take practical ability tests.
The third category is those who apply for the qualifications of college teachers.
The fourth category is applicants who hold the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens issued by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education.
Among the four types of applicants, the first, second and third types of applicants need to register from the "online newspaper entrance for applicants who have not participated in the national unified examination", and the fourth type of applicants need to register from the "online newspaper entrance for qualified applicants who have participated in the national unified examination". 5. On-site confirmation
The applicant shall deliver the prepared materials to the on-site confirmation point within the specified time according to the on-site confirmation precautions provided by the online declaration. 6. Practical ability test
At present, the practical ability test (called "educational skill test" or "interview and trial lecture" in some provinces) in most provinces (provinces that have not participated in the pilot of "qualification examination for teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens") is arranged to be carried out after accepting applications on the spot.
According to the notice of the administrative department of education, the applicant will go to the specified place at the specified time and conduct interviews and trial lectures on the subjects to be taught according to the arrangement and requirements of the practical ability test.
Individual provinces and personnel participating in the pilot of "Qualification Examination for Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens" will have their practical ability tests (interviews and lectures) arranged after the theoretical examination (written examination) and before applying for teacher qualification. Applicants in these provinces should, according to the notice of local education administrative departments or education examination institutions, conduct interviews and lectures on the teaching subjects to be applied for at the specified time and place according to the arrangement and requirements of practical ability test.
7. Check the appraisal results and go through the licensing procedures.
The teacher qualification accreditation institution shall, within 30 working days from the date of the end of on-site acceptance, make a conclusion on whether to recognize its teacher qualification, and notify the applicant of the recognition result. Those who pass the exam will be issued with a teacher qualification certificate.
At present, teachers' qualification certificates obtained in 2008 and beyond can be verified online in China.
Teachers' qualification certificates are uniformly printed by the administrative department of education of the State Council and are applicable throughout the country.
(three) to what institution to apply for teacher qualification?
< Implementation Measures of Regulations on Teachers' Qualifications > stipulates that the education administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level (including the county level) shall be responsible for the organization, guidance, supervision and implementation of teachers' qualification recognition and management in their own areas in accordance with the authority stipulated in Regulations on Teachers' Qualifications. The education administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level that accepts the application for teacher qualification accreditation according to law is the teacher qualification accreditation institution.
The qualification types recognized by the teacher qualification accreditation bodies at all levels are as follows:
The qualifications of kindergarten teachers, primary school teachers and junior high school teachers are recognized by the education administrative department of the people's government at the county level;
Senior middle school teachers' qualifications, secondary vocational school teachers' qualifications and secondary vocational school internship instructors' qualifications are recognized by the education administrative department of the people's government at the prefecture (city) level;
The qualifications of senior middle school teachers, secondary vocational school teachers and practice instructors in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Chongqing shall be determined by the education administrative department of the municipality directly under the Central Government.
The qualifications of teachers in institutions of higher learning are recognized by the provincial education administrative department.
Due to the decrease in the number of accreditation bodies or the violation of accreditation bodies or the inability of accreditation bodies to perform accreditation duties normally, and the provinces participating in the pilot reform of teacher qualification examinations in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, the provincial education administrative departments can adjust the authority for accreditation of teachers' qualifications according to the actual situation of the construction of local teachers.
Therefore, when applying online through China Teacher Qualification Network (), the applicant should apply to the corresponding Education Bureau or Education Department (Education Committee) according to the accreditation authority of the education administrative departments at all levels, that is, when selecting "accreditation institutions", the applicant should choose according to the following requirements:
1. To apply for the qualification of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers, you should choose the place where the applicant's household registration or work unit is located (personnel file relationship is required) and the education administrative department of the district or county people's government where the fresh graduates study. However, certification bodies in some fields have been adjusted or stipulated separately.
2. To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools, the education administrative department of the people's government at the prefecture (city) level shall be selected where the applicant's household registration or work unit is located (personnel file relationship is required) and where the fresh graduates attend the school.
Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Chongqing municipalities directly under the Central Government must choose the Municipal Education Commission when applying online for the qualifications of senior middle school teachers, secondary vocational school teachers and secondary vocational school internship instructors.
3. To apply for the qualification of a teacher in an institution of higher learning, one should choose the education administrative department of the people's government at the provincial (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) level where the school is located (that is, the Education Department or the Education Committee).
I would like to remind all applicants that in order to obtain teacher qualification, they must apply to the education administrative departments at all levels through the procedures prescribed by law. It is illegal to use false materials to obtain the teacher qualification certificate illegally from other social institutions (or channels) or educational administrative departments. Once the illegally obtained teacher qualification is verified, it will be revoked according to law. A teacher whose teacher qualification has been revoked shall not reapply for teacher qualification within five years from the date of revocation. When a party whose teacher qualification has been revoked applies for teacher qualification again five years later, it is necessary to provide relevant certificates. (4) When can I apply for a teacher qualification certificate every year?
The administrative department of education accepts applications for teacher qualification every spring (starting in March) and autumn (starting in September).
