1. Click Tik Tok Mall to enter the mobile phone Tik Tok software, and click Tik Tok Mall on my page.
2. Click on My Order. On the page of Tik Tok Mall, click My Order.
3. Click on the order for consultation. On the All Orders page, select the order you want to consult.
4. Click Contact Merchant to enter the order details, and then click Contact Merchant.
