First, the adoption applicant shall meet the following conditions at the same time:
1, with the conditions for raising and educating the adoptee;
2. Those who have not suffered from infectious diseases such as gonorrhea and AIDS, or diseases such as mental illness that are medically considered unsuitable for adopting children must issue medical certificates from hospitals at or above the county level.
3. Both husband and wife have reached the age of 30;
4. The adoption opinions of both husband and wife must be consistent;
5. If a man without a spouse adopts a woman, the age difference between the adopter and the adoptee should be over 40 years old.
6. The adopter can only adopt minors under the age of fourteen.
Two, the adoption applicant shall submit documents and certificates:
1. The contents should include the reasons and purposes of adoption, the basic information of the applicant (whether he has the ability to raise, including mental and material abilities) and the guarantee that the adoptee will not abandon, abuse and raise his healthy growth;
2. identification. ID card, household registration book or household registration certificate (original and two copies);
3. Marriage certificate (original and two copies);
4. unit certificate. Issued by the adopter's unit or village (neighborhood) people's committee and stamped with the official seal of the township people's government (street office) and the county (district) family planning office, a certificate reflecting the adopter's age, marriage, presence of children and the ability to raise and educate the adoptee (original and two copies);
5. No proof of criminal record. A certificate issued by the police station in the jurisdiction where the adopter is located and stamped with the official seal of the police station, reflecting whether he has a criminal record (original and two copies);
6.photos. Two two-inch group photos of the adopter and the adoptee, and one two-inch bust photo of a single person.
