Unmarried singles should go to the marriage registration department of the civil affairs bureau where their household registration is located to issue a certificate that there is no marriage registration record at present, and then eat the certificate and go to the foreign-related notary office to do a non-entity notarization. Germany does not accept notarial certificates of unmarried entities, nor does it accept non-substantive certificates of individual unmarried declarations.
Birth certificate, if I was born after 1996, I must make my medical birth certificate a non-substantive certificate, and if I was born before 96, I can make it a substantive birth certificate.
The certificate of no crime must be issued within six months.
The above notarial certificate must be certified by Germany before it has the legal effect of being used and recognized in Germany.
