In order to do a good job in the registration of the 20 12 national qualification examination for medical practitioners, according to the spirit of the announcement of the Medical Qualification Examination Committee of the Ministry of Health (17) and the registration work arrangement of Guangdong test area, combined with the actual work of this test center, the relevant registration work guide for this test center is formulated, as follows:
I. Date and time of registration and examination
1. Examination registration includes online registration and on-site registration.

2. Practical Skills Examination Time: July 20th121~15 (subject to the admission ticket).
3. Comprehensive written examination National unified examination time:
Qualification examination for medical practitioners: September 8th and 9th, 20 12, 9: 00 am ~165438+0: 30 pm, 14:00 ~ 16:30 pm.
Examination for the qualification of practicing assistant doctors: September 8, 20 12, 9: 00 am-1:30 pm14: 00 pm-16: 30 pm.
The military medical examination for military candidates' medical practitioners and medical assistants will be held on September 8th, and the examination time will be from 17: 00 to 18: 00, and from 17: 00 to 17: 30.
Second, the qualifications for admission
1. There may be changes in the qualification requirements of the doctor qualification examination this year, but the relevant official documents have not been notified. In accordance with the spirit of the ministries and agencies, before the introduction of the new policy, the "Regulations on Registration Qualification of Physician Qualification Examination (2006 Edition)" was still implemented.
2. According to the provisions of the Qualification Conditions for Registration of Physician Qualification Examination (2006 Edition), doctors, masters and long-term graduates with seven years or more must go through one-year graduation internship and one-year work practice equivalent to undergraduate course before they can take the qualification examination for practicing doctors in the year of graduation. In other words, graduate students who do not graduate this year do not meet the above requirements and are not allowed to apply for this year's exam.
3. The test center will continue to increase the investigation and punishment of illegal test behaviors. If there are illegal candidates or institutions, once verified, they will be dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations. Among them, the punishment given to candidates can cancel the qualification of applying for the exam that year, and they may not apply for the exam again in the next two years.
4. If the latest qualification regulations are issued, the test sites will be announced in time.
Third, the on-site registration work arrangement
1. On-site registration According to the principle of territorial management, the candidate's work unit will organize the candidate's application materials to go through the registration confirmation procedures at the registration points of the health bureaus of various districts (county-level cities) under the jurisdiction of the unit. Candidates from military and armed police medical institutions are organized by the higher authorities to go directly to the examination center office for registration confirmation (the confirmation date is arranged from March 25th to April 5th).

Five, the time and requirements for reporting materials to the test center
1. Troops, armed police and other units must bring the candidates' registration materials directly to the center for confirmation before April 5, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
2. Time for submitting materials at the registration points of health bureaus in all districts (county-level cities): April 7 ~ 1 1.
3. Material arrangement requirements: When confirming the registration point, you need to copy the 5 digits after the candidate's registration number to the corresponding position in the upper right corner of the registration application form; The whole application materials shall be stamped with the seal of riding seam after being reviewed by the health administrative department; Military candidates must be approved by the cadre departments of political organs and the health departments of logistics organs of units above the regiment level, and stamped with official seals; The registration application form shall not be altered. 4. The registration point sorts the candidates' application materials: ① The first condition: stack according to the candidates' identity (according to local personnel, military personnel, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreigners, and assistant doctors in the pilot towns). ② The second condition: by category (from 1 10 ~ 250). ③ The third condition: stacked in the order of registration serial number (upper small size, lower large size), without classification according to educational background.

2. All units (candidates) are requested to go through the registration confirmation procedures at the registration point within the specified time according to the work arrangement. 3. In the process of applying for the exam, if you receive the notice of new regulations or changes from the higher authorities, the test center will promptly notify all the registration points, relevant units or candidates, and hope to pay close attention.
