Mainly responsible for: implementing laws and policies on public employment, talent service and unemployment insurance, and participating in the formulation of relevant policies; Co-ordinate the implementation of the province's public employment, talent service and unemployment insurance related business, promote the construction of the province's public employment service system, and guide the business work of various employment service institutions in urban and rural areas of the province; Coordinate the development and utilization of urban and rural human resources and guide the province's entrepreneurial services; Organize cross-regional labor exchanges, as well as employment internship management services for college graduates, and organize the implementation of employment assistance; Guide the province's public employment, talent service and unemployment insurance institutions employees' capacity building and community service platform construction.
