Introduction to Gansu Agricultural University Gansu Agricultural University is an excellent school for undergraduate teaching evaluation of the Ministry of Education, and a university jointly established by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Gansu Provincial Government. Its predecessor was 1946+00 National Veterinary College founded in Lanzhou in June, with Mr. Sheng, a famous veterinarian, veterinarian educator, academician of China Academy of Sciences and one of the founders of modern veterinary medicine as the first president. 1950, renamed Northwest Veterinary College; 195 1 changed its name to northwest animal husbandry and veterinary college; 1958 merged with Gansu Agricultural College under construction to form Gansu Agricultural University.
The school is located in Anning District, Lanzhou City, with an area of 7010.2 million square meters and a building area of 506,438+0.0 million square meters.
