Research on Teachers and Teaching in Suzhou Health School

The school has moral education teaching and research section, physical education teaching and research section, public discipline, nursing rehabilitation medicine discipline, laboratory pharmacy nutrition discipline and stomatology discipline. At present, there are full-time teachers 155 (including 40 experimental practice instructors), 2 graduate students1person, accounting for 13.55% of full-time teachers, 60 technical post teachers above the sub-high school and 68 "double-qualified" teachers.

Teachers' teaching and scientific research capabilities have been continuously strengthened. Dozens of papers are published in public magazines at or above the provincial level every year. In 2000 alone, the Ministry of Health had six scientific research projects. The school actively carries out foreign exchanges. Every year, several groups of experts and scholars come to the school to consult and give lectures. The school has sent more than 20 teachers to the United States, Japan, the Netherlands, Denmark, Singapore, Australia and other countries and Hong Kong for study and investigation. Four teachers were hired as proposition experts in the National Medical Examination Center. He took the lead in formulating the teaching plan, curriculum outline and teaching materials of national nursing specialty, and nearly 30 teachers undertook the task of editing and participating in the compilation of departmental and provincial planning teaching materials. The school adheres to employment-oriented and service-oriented, and adopts a multi-form, multi-level and multi-channel flexible school-running mode in line with the guiding ideology of student-oriented and teaching-centered.
