Chapter one? general rule
Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth progress of enrollment, standardize enrollment behavior, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education, and the enrollment policies of the competent departments of the enrollment provinces, combined with the actual situation of our university.
Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of full-time general and art colleges.
Article 3 Full name of the school: Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College. School code: GB code 13 106. The codes of schools in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall be subject to the codes published by the admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Article 4 school profile: The school is a provincial-level public full-time general college, a high-level vocational college construction unit in Jiangsu Province, a national high-quality vocational college, a high-level vocational college with China characteristics and a professional group construction unit. The school was founded in 194 1 and changed its name from 1955 to Nanjing Railway Transportation School. In 2002, it was upgraded to higher vocational and technical college and renamed Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College.
Article 5 The name of the school granting academic qualifications is: Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College. Students who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified number of years will be awarded the graduation certificate of Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College. The "3+0" training mode is implemented in the specialty of railway traffic operation management and railway signal automatic control. After completing all courses and passing the examination, students can obtain the graduation certificate of Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College and the diploma of Emperor Alexander I Jiaotong University in St. Petersburg, Russia respectively.

Article 6 The leading institution of school enrollment is the leading group of school enrollment.
Article 7 The organization and implementation institution of school enrollment work is the school enrollment office.
Article 8 Schools shall set up enrollment publicity working groups in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) according to needs, and be responsible for enrollment publicity and consultation in their respective regions. The members of the enrollment publicity working group are composed of on-the-job faculty members of the school.
Article 9 The enrollment of schools shall be supervised by the superior competent department, the school supervision department and the third party, and shall be supervised by the superior competent department and the school supervision department, as well as by all sectors of society.
Chapter three? Enrollment plan
Article 10 Under the guidance and overall coordination of the relevant departments of the Provincial Department of Education, according to the actual situation of the school's talent training objectives, school conditions and other factors, the number of college entrance examinations in various provinces, the quality of students, the coordinated development of regions and other factors are considered as a whole, and the school enrollment plan is determined by comprehensive analysis of provinces and specialties in combination with the preparation of the school's student enrollment plan in recent years. After examination, it will be announced to the public by the competent departments of enrollment of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 11? The major of railway transportation enrolls students according to major categories, including five majors: railway traffic operation management, railway signal automatic control, EMU maintenance technology, railway power supply technology and high-speed railway construction and maintenance. After one academic year, the school determines the specific majors of students in this major category according to factors such as professional post demand, academic situation and personal wishes. Large-scale enrollment must consult the vocational education department and abide by relevant state regulations.
Chapter IV Access Rules
Twelfth candidates who meet the registration requirements stipulated by the provincial admissions committee where the students are located may apply for the exam.
Thirteenth schools strictly implement the Ministry of Education issued the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities" and related regulations. It is required to apply for candidates majoring in railway transportation (including railway traffic operation management, railway signal automatic control, EMU maintenance technology, railway power supply technology, high-speed railway construction and maintenance), urban rail transit operation management, urban rail transit communication signal technology, railway communication and information technology, urban rail transit electromechanical technology, urban rail vehicle application technology, railway vehicle technology, railway locomotive operation and maintenance, urban rail transit vehicle manufacturing and maintenance, and urban rail transit, such as power supply and distribution technology. (including Sino-foreign cooperation and undergraduate training in higher vocational colleges) color blindness and weakness. There is no requirement for the ratio of male to female when the school enrolls new students.
Fourteenth assessment methods: students participate in the unified assessment organized by the provinces, which is subject to the relevant regulations of the provinces.
Article 15 Schools shall, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) for the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities, implement the enrollment system under the guidance and supervision of the enrollment departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), adhere to the comprehensive measurement of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and recruit students in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the enrollment work.
Sixteenth schools implement preferential policies for extra points in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Seventeenth schools in accordance with the general category (science and engineering, literature and history), art admission, the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination pilot areas in accordance with the relevant provisions of the college entrance examination reform program.
Eighteenth schools in accordance with the relevant provisions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) to determine the proportion of investment, according to parallel volunteer investment admission, the proportion of investment in principle controlled within 105%. If the number of people is insufficient, they will participate in parallel colleges (including those that obey their wishes) to collect voluntary admission or draw other voluntary admission according to regulations.
Article 19 The school will take the way of "giving priority to scores and following the will" for the candidates who enter the archives. Candidates' benchmark scores are ranked according to the rule of "filing scores+ranking with the same score", that is, in the case of the same score, the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages are ranked from high to low. Jiangsu candidates are still in the same order after sorting according to the above sorting rules, and they are admitted according to the number of qualified courses in the comprehensive quality evaluation of candidates' academic level in high school. Schools in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region adopt the principle of professional voluntary admission.

Twentieth general college entrance examination enrollment majors do not restrict candidates' foreign languages, but public foreign language courses in schools only offer English courses.
Chapter V Others
Twenty-first candidates admitted by the school shall be sent by the school after being examined and approved by the admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Twenty-second schools charge fees according to the standards approved by the price department of Jiangsu Province (currency: RMB), including 4,700 yuan for liberal arts majors, 5,300 yuan for engineering majors, 6,800 yuan for art majors, and 0/9200 yuan for Chinese-foreign cooperation majors. Article 23 Accommodation fees for student apartments are four rooms 1.500 yuan/school year, and six rooms 1.200 yuan/school year.
Twenty-fourth freshmen, the school within three months of the new qualification examination and physical re-examination. Those who fail to pass the review shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the state, and those who are found to be fraudulent shall be disqualified.
Article 25 The school has more than ten kinds of scholarships, such as national scholarship, national inspirational scholarship, national scholarship, dean scholarship, outstanding student scholarship, self-improvement scholarship, enterprise scholarship and off-campus competition (discipline, literature and art, sports) award, and the scholarship coverage rate is 45%. There are national student loans for colleges and universities and credit student loans for students from Jiangsu Province, and each student can apply for a student loan of no more than 8,000 yuan per year. The school has set up tuition fee remission, deferred tuition fee, work-study program, temporary difficulties subsidy, special difficulties subsidy (travel subsidy, food subsidy, cold protection subsidy, freshman green channel admission subsidy), love mutual fund and other funding projects, and all students who file files are given tuition fee remission.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 27 The Articles of Association shall be announced to the public through the admissions departments and colleges of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). If there is any misunderstanding in the articles of association published by various media, the complete articles of association published by the school shall prevail.
Article 28 If there is any conflict between the previous policies and regulations on enrollment and the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail, and the original policies and regulations shall be abolished immediately; When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail.
Article 29 The articles of association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College.
