Wuxi convenient service center information platform

In recent years, Wuxi Civil Affairs Bureau has focused on the transformation and development of civil affairs. In order to realize the goals of "digital civil administration", "efficient civil administration" and "modern civil administration", the concepts of "three service" platforms are put forward, namely, community government information platform, civil administration information platform and convenience service information platform. Around the "three services" platform, Wuxi Civil Affairs Bureau has successively developed and built Wuxi Civil Affairs Integrated Business Information Management System, Wuxi Community Administrative Affairs Information Platform and Wuxi Convenience Service Information Platform.

96 158 Wuxi convenience service platform was independently developed, built and operated by Wuxi wanjia Ankang technology co., ltd, and the project started in March of 20 10. According to the principle of high specification, high technology and high starting point and the idea of "covering the whole city and serving the whole people", the platform focuses on the construction of 96 158 municipal convenience service call center, 96 158 convenience service website and 96 158 community convenience service station.
