4. Then take the payment slip to the physical examination and take photos;
Finally, go back to the original replacement window to get a new card.
Reasons for renewal of driver's license:
1, motor vehicle drivers voluntarily reduce the replacement of quasi-driving models;
2. Replacement of motor vehicle driver information;
3, the motor vehicle driver's license is damaged and reissued;
4, motor vehicle driver's license changes in different places;
5. The motor vehicle driving license expires;
6, the driver reached the prescribed age replacement.
To sum up, the replacement time can only be advanced, and it cannot be postponed without justifiable reasons (explain to the traffic control department in advance for some reason). According to the regulations, it can be carried out three months in advance, and it should be handled as soon as possible when it is due. If it is postponed, it will be fined.

Motor vehicle drivers shall, within 90 days before the expiration of the motor vehicle driver's license, apply to the motor vehicle management office at or outside the place where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued. The application information shall be confirmed when applying, and the following certificates and vouchers shall be submitted:
(a) the identity certificate of the motor vehicle driver;
(2) The physical condition certificate issued by the medical institution.
