English composition letter format

1. The beginning of an English composition includes the address of the writer and the date of writing, which is usually written in the upper right corner of the letterhead. In correspondence between friends who are familiar with each other, the address of the writer can often be omitted. The address is generally written from small to large, and the date is written below the address (see letterhead format). There are usually two ways to determine the date:

(1) month, day and year: for example, August, 200 15.

(2) Day, month and year: such as 15thaugust, 200__.

2. English composition writing format: address. Address refers to the address of the writer to the recipient, which is written below the letterhead and to the left of the letterhead. Salutations usually begin with "dear" or "my dear", followed by commas.

3. English composition writing format: conclusion. Compliments at the end of English composition letters are equivalent to "good wishes" and "greetings" at the end of letters. The "best wishes" in this lesson letter is the conclusion.

4. English composition writing format: text. A letter should contain the address, date, title, text and signature of the recipient. In fact, the official letter should refer to point 3 more. The more comprehensive it is, the more you pay attention to it.
