Attachment information of electron probe analyzer

The scanning imaging spectrometer has three energy spectrometers, one for cathodoluminescence. With the strong support of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Land and Resources, our laboratory is equipped with JXA-8800R electron probe analyzer, Link ISIS300 energy spectrometer and one for cathodoluminescence system. One of the most advanced electron probe laboratories in China has been built. The analytical ability of our laboratory has been greatly improved: (1) quantitative analysis.
