According to the relevant regulations on open recruitment of public institutions and the actual needs of work, the institutions directly under the State Forestry and Grassland Bureau decided to openly recruit staff for the 2023 fresh graduates.

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Position and Job Requirements

In 2023, our bureau plans to openly recruit 23 1 fresh graduates. Please refer to the second batch of open recruitment of fresh graduates in 2023 (inside and outside Beijing) (attachment 1, 2) for the recruitment unit, recruitment position and post information. Please log in and inquire about the functions of the recruiting unit.

The post qualification requirements announced this time are the highest qualifications obtained by candidates (fresh graduates apply for the exam with the highest qualifications to be obtained soon); For the professional conditions of the post, please refer to the professional catalogue published by the Ministry of Education, the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Colleges and Universities (2020 Edition), the Catalogue of Academic Degrees Granting and Personnel Training (20 18 Edition) or the query grid for research guidance.

If the candidate's major is not in the selected reference catalogue, but it is similar to the major required by the post, the candidate can call to confirm the registration qualification, and the recruiting unit will comprehensively judge whether the candidate can apply for the exam according to the similarity between the courses studied by the candidate and the required major.

Second, the scope of recruitment

(a) during the school year, he was a fresh graduate of a non-employment country in 2023 (excluding oriented students, commissioned students and graduates from military academies).

Candidates should obtain the academic degree certificate corresponding to the highest degree before 65438+February 3, 20231,and the professional requirements of the post are all majors corresponding to the highest degree obtained by candidates.

Students from outside Beijing must meet the requirements of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security for settling in Beijing. Undergraduate students are under 26 years old (born after 1997 1), master students are under 30 years old (born after 1993 1), and doctoral students are under 35 years old.

Students in Beijing refer to students with permanent residence of Beijing residents, excluding students who come to Beijing universities to study and move their residence into school collective households.

(2) Graduates studying abroad recognized by the state.

Returned overseas students must provide relevant certification materials that can prove their identity and study experience, and must meet the requirements of relevant policies for settlement.

Third, the application conditions

(1) Having China nationality;

(two) support the constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of the party and the socialist system;

(3) Having good political quality and moral conduct;

(4) Having the major, education or skills required for the recruitment position;

(5) Having physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

(6) Having other conditions required for the post;

(seven) in line with the relevant provisions of the relevant state departments or recruitment units on receiving graduates from non-local sources.

Under any of the following circumstances, those who have been subjected to criminal punishment for crimes, expelled from Party membership and public office, and suspected of violating discipline and law are being examined by the relevant special organs, and have not yet reached a conclusion, have been punished or have not yet reached the impact period, and have been found to have serious violations of examination and employment discipline such as fraud in the national statutory examinations and the recruitment of civil servants and institutions at all levels, and are still prohibited from entering the examination period. Those who have other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations may not register.

According to the Regulations on Avoidance of Personnel Management in Public Institutions, candidates are not allowed to enter the examination, which constitutes a recruitment position in avoidance relationship.

Four. Recruitment procedures and methods

Recruitment work is organized and implemented according to the procedures of registration, qualification examination, preliminary examination confirmation, examination, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment.

(1) Registration

1. Registration time: March 17 to March 30, 2023 17:00.

2. Registration method: Online registration is adopted without on-site registration.

Candidates register through "Lyjbm/XFW/Portal/Index". Registration information cannot be changed after submission. Please check carefully before submitting.

3. Candidates who apply for the recruitment positions marked "Do not participate in the preliminary examination" in all units of the Chinese Academy of Forestry Sciences (including Harbin Forestry Machinery Research Institute of the National Forestry and Grassland Bureau) need to fill in the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Professional and Technical Positions of the Chinese Academy of Forestry Sciences (doctoral students only) (Annex 3), submit the registration information through the open recruitment platform of the Forestry and Grassland Bureau, and send the scanned PDF and electronic version of the form to the contact mailbox of the unit where the recruitment position is located.

Each candidate can only apply for one position.

(2) Qualification examination

According to the job requirements, candidates can check whether they have passed the qualification examination through the registration platform.

During the registration period, those who fail the qualification examination can choose other positions to re-register.

The list of qualified personnel will be published on the "Open Recruitment Platform of Forestry and Grass Bureau", and those who fail will not be notified separately.

Only when the ratio of the number of people who have passed the qualification examination to the number of people who plan to recruit for this position reaches at least 3: 1 can the examination be started. If the proportion is not reached, the number of recruits for this position can be reduced or the recruitment plan for this position can be cancelled according to the situation.

If the number of job recruits is reduced or the job recruitment plan is cancelled, an announcement will be made on the "Open Recruitment Platform of Forestry and Grass Bureau".

(3) Preliminary confirmation

The time, place and related arrangements for the preliminary examination will be announced on the "Open Recruitment Platform of Forestry and Grass Bureau". Candidates who pass the qualification examination must log on to the platform within the specified time and complete the preliminary examination confirmation. Download and print the admission ticket after the examination room allocation is completed.

Failure to complete the preliminary examination confirmation according to the time requirements shall be deemed as waiver of the preliminary examination qualification.

(4) Examination

The examination generally includes the initial examination and the second examination.

Education is limited to some professional and technical positions of doctoral students. Candidates do not participate in the initial test (see the job information table for specific positions), and do not need to confirm the initial test, but directly re-test, which includes interviews and professional examinations.

The specific time, place and related arrangements for re-examination of relevant positions will be notified separately. The specific requirements shall be subject to the announcement of each recruiting unit.

1. Initial test

The initial test adopts a closed-book written test, which is organized by our bureau.

When taking the exam, candidates must bring their admission ticket and ID card at the same time.

The time and place of the initial test will be notified separately.

The total score of initial test is 100, and the score of qualified initial test is 60. Applicants who take the initial test must pass the initial test before they can enter the second test.

According to the order of the initial test results from high to low, the candidates for re-examination are determined according to the ratio of 1:5. Those with the same final results will enter the second interview, and those with fewer second interviews will be re-examined according to the actual number.

When all candidates' initial test scores are below 60 points, the recruitment plan for this position will be cancelled.

2. Second interview

The second interview shall be organized by each recruitment unit, and the time and place of the second interview shall be notified separately.

The second interview generally adopts the interview method, and each recruitment unit can add professional examinations according to the post characteristics.

Total retest score 100.

The total score is calculated according to the proportion of 50% for the initial test and the second test.

If the second interview is a combination of interview and professional examination, the total score shall be calculated according to the proportion of initial examination, interview and professional examination accounting for 50%, 35% and 15% respectively.

For doctoral students who do not participate in the preliminary examination, the re-examination takes the form of interview and professional examination, and the re-examination score is the total score. The total score is calculated according to the proportion of interview score and professional examination score of 70% and 30% respectively.

Candidates with a total score of not less than 60 points can be identified as physical examination and inspection objects.

According to the order of the total score from high to low, according to the ratio of candidates to posts 1: 1, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined and announced to the public.

(5) Physical examination and inspection

The physical examination shall be organized by the recruiting unit in the designated hospital. Those who fail to attend the physical examination on time without consent shall be deemed to have automatically waived their qualifications.

Candidates who pass the physical examination shall be inspected by the recruiting unit, focusing on whether the candidates meet the political requirements of strengthening "four consciousnesses", strengthening "four self-confidences", achieving "two safeguards", loving the China Party, the motherland and the people.

Candidates who fail to pass the medical examination or inspection, voluntarily give up the medical examination or inspection and cause job vacancies, can be replenished in order of the total score from high to low, and announced to the public.

(6) Publicity and employment

The information of the personnel to be employed shall be publicized in the announcement channel, including the basic information of the recruitment unit, the recruitment position and the personnel to be employed, and the publicity time shall not be less than 7 working days.

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employment formalities shall be handled after the formalities are fulfilled in accordance with relevant regulations.

1. Candidates must fill in their resumes and registration information carefully and truthfully.

If the information is incomplete or incorrect due to failure to fill in or carefully check, the candidates shall bear the responsibility themselves; Anyone who is found to have cheated before, during and after the exam will be disqualified and the exam results will be invalid.

2. Candidates should register in strict accordance with the requirements of the recruitment scope and application conditions in the Announcement of the Second Batch of Open Recruitment of Fresh Graduates in 2023 by institutions directly under the State Forestry and Grassland Bureau, and confirm whether they meet the application conditions. Anyone who does not belong to the scope of this recruitment will be disqualified once found.
