I remember the first time we went to the computer, we started simulation training under the guidance of the teacher, and started to operate from the first day of junior high school. But before long, our problems began to appear, and then the teacher would comment and guide. Then I know the teacher's purpose. This is a good practice method, because in the actual operation process, you can find that you usually don't pay much attention to it, but it is very important. Only when you fail can you find an investment plan and remember what you should do. Although our group had some discussions the day before and thought it was nothing serious, we were anxious as soon as we got on the plane. I missed the long-term loan at the beginning of the year because I was unfamiliar with the operation, and I didn't know that I needed to invest every quarter when I built the production line. As a result, the production line was completed in the first quarter, which wasted valuable time. However, the completed production line did not produce, and the loss was great. Last quarter, we forgot to develop the market. As a result, we can imagine that even if we spend a lot of advertising money, it is useless. Without developing the market, it is impossible to get orders. Generally speaking, the first time we went to the computer was a terrible ending, but we learned a lot of operating rules from it, which also brought a lot of help to our next training. In the later training, some groups had our first time, but the formal operation had already begun, and they could only admit that they were unlucky.

Before going to the computer for the second time, we spent time discussing the strategy. With the first day's experience, we made a detailed plan for the next operation. Members of our team get together to discuss the loan amount, production line construction, product development and market development. We analyze each work in detail, and list the business tables for the first two years, clearly indicating the work that needs to be done every quarter. When we boarded the computer for the second time, we quickly finished the first year's operation because of our preparation in advance, and we were immediately knocked down by a cruel fact. Because our rights and interests are only 29 million, we won't get long-term loans and short-term loans in the second year. We began to scrimp and save money from every step. In the second year of operation, we tried our best to give up some product development and more income to discount accounts receivable. At this time, more serious things happened to many groups, with zero rights and interests and facing bankruptcy. In the case of necessity, the teacher added funds to each group to keep many groups from going bankrupt. When we finished our business in the second year with trepidation, we were surprised to find that even if the teacher didn't give us additional funds, we could continue our business, and in the third year, we still had more accounts receivable, which made us really happy.

In the next operation, we also encountered many situations, but overall, the operation effect is not particularly ideal. But I don't think the final grade is the main thing. What matters is what we learned during the internship. Although it is only a simulated internship, we have deeply felt that the market is a battlefield without smoke, which is very cruel, and we also understand the importance of "team spirit". Maybe you are smart, maybe you are capable, but in the face of cruel market competition, one person's strength is absolutely not enough. You need the wisdom and strength of the team. Experiment 2: System initialization settings. Through experiments, the initialization settings of the general ledger system are mastered. It is mainly used to set foreign currency and exchange rate, voucher type (bookkeeping voucher), common summary (A/R and A/P), settlement method, department file, employee file, customer classification, customer file supplier classification, supplier file and account, and enter the opening balance of the account.

Experiment 3: Voucher processing. Through experiments, we have mastered the methods of adding vouchers, auditing vouchers and bookkeeping, as well as the methods of modifying vouchers that have been settled and bookkeeping.

Experiment 4: Processing at the end of the month. Mastered the preparation of month-end transfer voucher through experiments. It mainly includes exchange gain/loss carry-forward and period gain/loss carry-forward, querying the subsidiary ledger of management expense account, and closing after confirming that the balance of general ledger account is carried forward to zero.

Experiment 5: Report part. Through experiments, I have mastered the method of applying report template, learned to set input keywords, define and modify formula units, and retrieve data from reports. Master the preparation of custom report and the operation in the report. In the experiment, the UFO report template was used to create a new balance sheet and income statement, and the report was retrieved after entering keywords.
