This initial load-bearing structure diagram can generally be found in property management, real estate developers or real estate administration. Naturally, for the newly developed new buildings, you can also find the room plan in the real estate license, and some drawings will also indicate the load-bearing beams.
If you don't know the load-bearing structure, there may be problems: your load-bearing beam is removed from the design scheme, or the new house becomes a dangerous building and collapses seriously. This result is not what you want, is it?
2, room type specifications room type diagram ≠ room type specifications! Fangxing map-I firmly believe that everyone has seen it. An approximate location of the room plan is only a room plan frame, and it is not easy to have other specifications; A slightly more detailed room plan will add large specifications around the room plan frame.
The specifications of the room type-in addition to the surrounding large specifications, it also includes the specifications of the plane and elevation of each wall, window, column and beam, the thickness of the wall, the height of the building and the depth of caisson. If the specification is meticulous, the specific situation of the house can be restored in the design of soft clothes, and in that case, the main points of the specification can be mastered!
Generally speaking, for customers who do online design in other places, I can ask them to give me the room plan first, and then I draw a guide map for drawing the room plan (indicating the required specifications) for customers to check one by one on the spot, so that everyone can restore the specifications closest to the on-site data information before design. If you don't understand every detailed specification of indoor space, it is very likely that there will be a large-scale rollover of indoor decoration!
3. Photo of the house on the spot When a general designer goes to the site for inspection, he has to do three things: measure the size, take photos, and talk to the owners of the community. The function of taking photos is to provide an intuitive assistance at the level of restoring the original structure map of the site, and also to see and correct some special structures, such as air conditioning holes, drainage holes, pipes and other special structures.
The general way to take pictures is to take pictures in every area and every angle. To ensure that every wall in the area can be clearly seen in the photo, some special corners can also take photos with large close-up angles, and if necessary, they can also take videos. I usually use panorama camera when I draw a floor plan, so that I can see every area in 360 degrees.
Naturally, the key function of site photos is to help designers restore the natural environment of the site and prevent the key points from being accidentally ignored during measurement. As long as the specifications of the pre-test room are delicate enough, not all the on-site photos will do. After all, many years ago, before the popularity of smart phones, designers needed to design without mobile phones and cameras!
4, design requirements Before making a design plan, the designer should also understand your design requirements! The design requirements include many specific contents, from the family economic situation, the function of indoor space, personal hobbies, aesthetic design style and color hobbies, to the overall planning of various regions, the storage and placement of various wooden cabinets, and the styles and specifications of furniture and electrical appliances, all of which need to be clearly explained, so that designers can plan every design point of indoor space according to your requirements when formulating the implementation plan!
5. If the budget expenses are for the decoration company, your budget expenses can be reserved; However, there is no need to conceal the budget cost for designers who only give you the design scheme and don't give you the project construction! The budget cost is related to the implementation of the design scheme. If the cost budget is only 80,000 yuan, I will give you a simple European style scheme, and the project cost is 300,000 yuan, which is obviously unrealistic!
