Third, the scope of implementation
(A) the scope of lecture services
Counties are the basic units, mainly contiguous poverty-stricken counties in Gansu Province and key counties for poverty alleviation and development at the provincial level, with the focus on "two states and one county" deep poverty-stricken areas. The aided schools are county, town and rural compulsory education schools.
(2) Recruitment scope
Open recruitment of retired teachers for the society, mainly retired principals, teaching and research personnel, special-grade teachers and backbone teachers. The employment of retired teachers in the original unit is not included in the silver age lecture plan, and the schools funded by the silver age lecture plan do not accept retired teachers in our school in principle.

The Education Bureau of the recipient counties (cities, districts) and the lecturers to be recruited sign a silver age lecture service agreement every year to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties. 1. According to the needs of lecturers, the recipient counties provide circulating dormitories for lecturers, equipped with necessary living facilities.
2. During the lecture service, medical expenses incurred due to injury shall be handled according to my medical relationship and relevant regulations.
3. Those who perform well during the lecture will be given priority in appraising and commending, and can be commended and rewarded according to relevant regulations.
4. If the assessment is incompetent or there is a problem during the lecture, it shall be handled according to relevant regulations.

(1) Voluntary registration

3. Registration method:
Anyone who meets the qualification conditions and voluntarily signs up for the Yinling Lecturing Project can sign up through one of two ways: online and on-site, according to the Job Requirements Form for Recruiting Lecturers in Gansu Yinling Lecturing Project 2020-202 1 academic year (annex 1), and each person can only sign up for 1 post.
(1) Online registration: During the registration period, the applicants will log in to the Education Department of Gansu Province to download the Registration Form for Silver Age Lecturer in Gansu Province in 2020-202 1 academic year (Annex 2) and fill in the relevant contents truthfully. (2) Qualification examination
