After the preliminary qualification examination, all applicants who meet the qualification conditions can enter the ability test. The time and place of the examination will be notified separately after the qualification examination.
Third, ability test.
1. Methods: Interview. The interview form is a structured interview, and the interview qualified score is 60 points. According to the interview results from high to low, the physical examination candidates are determined in equal amounts.

3. Announcement of results: The interview results and the list of medical examiners will be announced on the website of Xin 'an Sub-district Office in Baoan District (/xajdb/) within 5 working days after the interview.
Fourth, physical examination
Physical examination personnel should bring their ID cards and 1 recent one-inch bareheaded color photos to attend the physical examination on time. Those who do not attend the medical examination on time are deemed to have given up automatically.
The medical examination time and hospital will be notified separately by Xin 'an Sub-district Office.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the Detailed Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (Trial).
Verb (abbreviation for verb) examination and qualification examination
Those who pass the physical examination will be assessed by Xin 'an Sub-district Office on their ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance, and their qualifications will be re-examined. Seven. hire
If the employee to be hired has no complaint or found that the complaint is untrue or true, but it does not affect the employment, the personnel department of Xin 'an Street shall handle the employment procedures for the employee to be hired, and report the relevant materials to the personnel department of Baoan District for the record within 2 months after the publicity.
