1. Open Xunlei official website and log in to your Xunlei account.
2. Click "Personal Information" in the upper right corner of the page to enter the personal information page.
3. On the personal information page, find the option of "Binding Broadband" and click Enter.
4. At the bottom of the "Binding Broadband" page, you can see the list of all broadband accounts that have been bound, select the broadband account that needs to be unbound, and click "Unbind" to complete the unbinding operation.
If you still can't untie, I suggest you contact Xunlei customer service for more detailed operation steps, so as to complete the unbinding operation as soon as possible.
