Physical examination standard
1, age: 18-70 years old;
2. Height: unlimited;
3. Vision: The naked vision or corrected vision of both eyes is above the logarithmic visual acuity chart 4.9 (that is, E table 0.8);
4, color discrimination: no red and green color blindness;
5, hearing: two ears are 50 cm away from the tuning fork to distinguish the direction of the sound source;
6. Upper limbs: the thumbs of both hands are sound, the other fingers of each hand must be sound, and the motor functions of limbs and fingers are normal;
7. Lower limbs: the motor function is normal, and the unequal length of both lower limbs shall not be greater than 5 cm;
8. Trunk and neck: no motor dysfunction.
The physical condition certificate submitted by the applicant must be a physical condition certificate issued by a medical institution * at or above the county level.
