Legal basis: Article 42 of the Interim Measures for Social Assistance in People's Republic of China (PRC), the state provides minimum living guarantee for unemployed family members who have the ability to work;
Provide employment assistance through loan interest subsidies, social insurance subsidies, job subsidies, training subsidies, fee reduction and exemption, and public welfare job placement.
