Article 3 Examination certificate of probation period

Article 5 Application categories

An assistant practicing physician who meets the requirements for applying for a medical practitioner may apply for a medical practitioner qualification, and the application category shall be consistent with that of an assistant practicing physician.

To apply for the qualification of a doctor in the corresponding category, one should have a corresponding medical education. With a bachelor's degree in clinical medicine and a trainee in public health post, you can apply for the qualification of public health doctor with this degree. Applicants who have graduated from traditional Chinese medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and ethnic medicine shall apply for the corresponding qualifications of Chinese medicine doctors according to the medical majors with academic qualifications.

Persons who meet the requirements for applying for the qualification of practicing doctors may apply for the qualification of practicing assistant doctors of the same category.

(3) Higher vocational (specialist) education
(1) Graduates majoring in clinical medicine (including clinical medicine, stomatology, traditional Chinese medicine, orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and tuina, Mongolian medicine, Tibetan medicine, Uygur medicine, etc.). ) The professional qualifications of those who entered the school after June 1 day, 2005 shall be used as the academic basis for applying for the qualification of doctors. (4) Graduates from secondary vocational schools majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine who entered the school before June 5438+February 3, 2006, among which secondary vocational (technical secondary school) education is the academic basis for applying for the qualification of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine doctors. (5) Graduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine from secondary vocational schools (secondary specialized schools) who entered the school before June 5438+February 3, 2006. (6) Health vocational high school education is not the academic basis for applying for doctor qualification.

In addition to the above, the academic qualifications of adult higher education of medical graduates enrolled after1October12002, self-study exams in various institutions of higher learning and distance education are not regarded as the academic basis for applying for doctor qualification.
(2) Adult secondary medical graduates who entered the school before August 3, 2006, KLOC-0, their adult secondary education is the academic basis for applying for medical qualification. Adult secondary medical graduates who entered school after September 1 2006 shall not be regarded as the academic basis for applying for the qualification of doctors.
(6) Western medicine
Those who have obtained the qualification of clinical practicing physician or assistant practicing physician, obtained the professional degree of traditional Chinese medicine recognized by the administrative department of education at or above the provincial level, or systematically studied the professional knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine for more than two years, and have been recognized by the administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine at the provincial level, or participated in the training course of western medicine learning traditional Chinese medicine recognized by the administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine at the provincial level, and completed the prescribed courses and obtained the corresponding certificates. (7) Teachers and professionals of traditional medicine.
(1) Traditional medical students and professionals who apply for the doctor qualification examination shall comply with the relevant provisions of Articles 27 and 28 of the Measures for the Examination of Traditional Medical Students and Professionals.
(2) After studying traditional medicine and obtaining the practicing certificate of practicing assistant physician, those who have obtained the diploma of Chinese medicine in adult higher education recognized by the administrative department of education of the State Council, whose practicing time and the time of obtaining the diploma of adult higher education meet the requirements, can apply for the qualification of practicing physician corresponding to the category of Chinese medicine with the required academic qualifications.
(8) Others
Chinese mainland residents who have obtained foreign medical degrees must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the requirements of the Law on Medical Practitioners and other relevant documents may apply in accordance with these Provisions.
Article 7

These Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
