Second, the report content
For acts that violate the Law on Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC), such as vehicles driving on roads with mud in urban areas, construction sites and road construction not following the operating rules, etc., after timely uploading photos, videos, positioning and other necessary information, once verified, the maximum reward can be 1000 yuan.
Third, the legal basis
According to the provisions of Article11kloc-0/65438 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC), the following acts can be punished by the competent department for the prevention and control of dust pollution:
The construction site is not provided with a hard enclosed enclosure, or effective dust control and dust reduction measures such as covering, subsection operation, regular construction, sprinkling water to suppress dust, and washing the ground and vehicles are not taken.
Construction earthwork, engineering muck and construction waste are not removed in time, or are not covered with airtight dust-proof net.
The construction unit fails to cover the bare ground of the construction land that cannot be started temporarily, or fails to green, pave or cover the bare ground of the construction land that cannot be started for more than three months.
Vehicles transporting coal, garbage, muck, sand and gravel, earthwork, mortar and other granular and fluid materials have not taken sealing or other measures to prevent materials from scattering.
Failing to seal coal, coal gangue, cinder, fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, sandstone and other materials that are easy to produce dust
For materials that can't be sealed and are easy to generate dust, a closed enclosure not lower than the stacking height is not set, or effective covering measures are not taken to prevent dust pollution.
Loading and unloading materials are not sealed or sprayed to control dust.
Docks, mines, landfills and disposal sites fail to take effective measures to prevent and control dust pollution.
