The qualifications mentioned above should be a series of national education qualifications recognized by the Ministry of Education. Holders of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan education and foreign education should provide degree certification issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
(D) Education and teaching ability conditions
1. The applicant shall take the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers and pass the examination; Or the postgraduate students and normal students who are included in the reform scope, have obtained the Certificate of Teachers' Professional Ability for Normal Students and are within the validity period. The number of years of study and the subject of applying for teacher qualification shall be consistent with the marked number of years of study and the subject.
2. The applicant shall obtain the Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate issued by the State Language Committee, and the Putonghua level shall reach Grade II B or above (among them, the Putonghua level for applying for the qualification of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language and ordinary teachers in primary schools shall reach Grade II A or above).
3. The applicant should have good physical and psychological qualities. The applicant shall have no history of infectious diseases and mental illness, be able to meet the needs of education and teaching, and pass the physical examination in the hospital at or above the county level designated by the corresponding teacher qualification accreditation institution.
