Nursery institutions at all levels should organize relevant personnel to learn management measures, combine the prevention and control of infectious diseases in spring, conscientiously carry out self-examination in accordance with the requirements of management measures, and fully implement various health care measures. Rational allocation of health care personnel, health care personnel must obtain the "Kindergarten Health Care Personnel Qualification Certificate" before taking up their posts, and regularly participate in retraining and intensive training; Establish and improve various work systems and responsibilities, strictly implement the work systems of children's health examination system, teachers' health examination system, morning examination system and sanitation disinfection system, resolutely put an end to the epidemic of various infectious diseases in kindergartens and ensure the physical and mental health of children. All kindergartens should complete the self-examination before June 13. To carry out a survey on the current situation of the structure of health care personnel in child care institutions, the Health Bureau and the Education Bureau will organize relevant personnel to supervise and inspect the implementation of the "Management Measures" in child care institutions within their jurisdiction, and make a notification. Measures for the administration of health care in nurseries and kindergartens
Article 1 These Measures are formulated to improve the health care level of nurseries and kindergartens, prevent and reduce the occurrence of diseases, and ensure the physical and mental health of children.
Article 2 These Measures shall apply to all kinds of nurseries and kindergartens (hereinafter referred to as nurseries and kindergartens) that recruit children aged 0-6.
Article 3 Nursery institutions shall implement the policy of combining education with health care and putting prevention first, and earnestly do a good job in health care.
Article 4 The administrative department of health of the people's government at or above the county level shall regard the health care work of child care institutions as an important part of public health services, and strengthen supervision and guidance.
The education administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level shall assist the health administrative department to inspect and guide the health care work of kindergartens.
