Skydiving requires high physical fitness, regardless of age, weight, eyes or psychology. Specifically, it is mainly the following aspects:

1. weight

The weight is generally required to be between 50 and 50-220kg. If it is between 190 and 220 kg, it is necessary to be overweight because the coach needs to prepare some suitable equipment. If it exceeds 220 kg, it is impossible to experience skydiving considering safety issues. ?

2. Major diseases

Users with high blood pressure and heart disease are not recommended to fly, so skydiving is not acceptable, and some users are pathological acrophobia. If they stand at a height of tens of meters and look down, they will feel dizzy and sick. This situation is not suitable for skydiving, so if there is no serious illness, you can experience skydiving.

3. Age

In fact, for skydiving, as long as you are a friend over 5 years old, you can experience it. There is no upper age limit. You can come as long as you are brave enough and willing to try, but users below 18 need guardians!

In addition to the above physical requirements, we also need to prepare some things in advance, mainly including:

1. Bring your ID card registration information.

2. Wear comfortable sports shoes, and never wear high heels and slippers.

3. When experiencing flying, it is best not to bring some valuables and put them in lockers and the like. Wear comfortable clothes. Don't wear a jacket or trousers with nails. Casual clothes are best.
