Do not buy "non-standard" electric three-wheeled (four-wheeled) vehicles that have no 3C certification, do not meet the national technical requirements for motor vehicle operation safety, and are not listed in the Catalogue of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; Don't buy "non-standard" electric bicycles that don't have 3C certification and don't meet the national safety technical standards for electric bicycles.
Two, the purchase of a new national standard electric bicycle must be registered and licensed within one month after purchase.
