Galvanized steel plates are usually gray in color and have a fine surface. After the surface is painted, it can form a uniform granular surface, and it is not easy to have friction marks and corrosion after long-term use. There are two kinds of galvanized steel plates: hot dip galvanizing (SGCC) and electroplating galvanizing (SECC). These two materials are named according to the difference of galvanizing method, production process and galvanizing amount, and their characteristics are very different in all aspects.
Generally speaking, SECC is superior to SGCC because of its good gloss, which is beneficial to stamping, and the galvanized layer is thick and uniform, which is not easy to rust and cut. At the same time, it has strong adsorption to electromagnetic waves, especially low-frequency electromagnetic waves, thus achieving twice the result with half the effort in electromagnetic radiation protection.

Tip: Aluminum shell and airplane are not the same material.
In order to highlight the advantages of aluminum chassis, merchants may claim that this material is used to make airplanes, but this is not true. The main alloying elements of aluminum alloys used in aviation or military fields are copper and zinc. Al-Cu alloy is series 2 with the best comprehensive properties, and Al-Zn alloy is series 7 with high hardness. The mechanical properties of these two kinds of aluminum alloys are far superior to those of low carbon steel, but the cost is very high and they are not suitable for civil use. Our common aluminum chassis is made of 6 series materials, and the main alloying elements are magnesium and silicon.

1, the air is humid, which causes the' electrostatic voltage' of the chassis to be too high.
If it is rainy for a long time or the air is humid, it will lead to high electrostatic voltage in the computer case and numbness in the hands! If this is the case, it is recommended to strengthen indoor ventilation. You can put desiccant in the main chassis, and then clean the dust of the hardware in the chassis in time, especially the motherboard and power supply.
2. The pins of some hardware components touch the chassis.
Find the hardware, such as power supply, which is most likely to cause leakage in the chassis. In addition, the motherboard is not installed in place, and the chassis deformation causes the pins on the back of the motherboard to touch the chassis shell, resulting in leakage of the chassis.
3. The main chassis leaks electricity because the power plug has no grounding wire (mostly).
I suggest that you give priority to this problem. The leakage of the main casing is mostly caused by the lack of grounding wire in the power plug. Just connect the chassis with wires and then connect the other end to the bottom or wall.
Solution of water leakage in computer case
It is suggested that you connect the chassis with metal objects, such as metal radiators, aluminum alloy windows, water pipes and other large-area metal objects. Just connect it directly to the ground without metal objects. If it doesn't work, please continue to check the following solutions.
One of the causes of cabinet leakage: power supply
Solution: Dismantle the power supply from the chassis, whether the EMI circuit of the power supply is complete, whether the plastic diaphragm or mica between the spacer element and the metal shell of the power supply loses its insulation effect, and whether the internal capacitance of the power supply has Explosicum, etc. If there is a problem, you can make a high-temperature resistant plastic film to form a shielding barrier between the component and the power supply housing. If it cannot be solved, it is recommended to replace the power supply.
The second leakage of the chassis: the motherboard
Solution: When the motherboard leaks electricity, the feeling felt by hands is relatively strong, almost like the leakage, and there will be obvious tingling. Moreover, the leakage of the computer motherboard will also cause all components to be charged. It is best to remove the exposed points of the motherboard. If it is still charging, the wiring inside the motherboard may be deformed. It is recommended to replace the motherboard.
The third leakage of the chassis: the chassis itself
Solution: Generally, there is a PCB circuit board behind the front panel of the chassis to connect the motherboard audio, signal, switch and USB expansion. We also need to check the circuit board and the wires connected to the circuit board for insulation failure, short circuit and burning. If yes, we can use simple electrician knowledge and tools for maintenance or replacement.
The fourth leakage of the chassis: external wiring
Sometimes the computer leakage is not necessarily caused by the internal hardware failure of the chassis, but may be caused by the disconnection hitting the chassis.
Solution: Open the chassis to see if the wiring inside and outside the chassis is damaged. If the metal part of the wire is exposed outside other accessories and chassis, replace it immediately. Or directly choose the wire wrapped with nylon net, which can also play a better insulation effect.
