(1) According to the Notice of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Personnel on Doing a Good Job in the Plan of College Students' Volunteer Service in the West in 2004 (Zhongqinglianfa [2004]16) and related regulations, candidates who have passed the examination of the Plan of College Students' Volunteer Service in the West can enjoy the written test at the time of registration. The extra points are converted into the total written test score according to the prescribed proportion.
According to the Implementation Opinions of the General Office of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of Sichuan Provincial People's Government on Guiding and Encouraging College Graduates to Face Grassroots Employment (Sichuan Provincial Party Committee Office [2005] No.34), before the end of registration, volunteers who participated in the national, provincial and municipal "Three Supports and One Support" plan, "Volunteer Service for College Students in the West", "Hundred Social Workers Plan" and "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Stage", In rural areas (referring to rural primary and secondary schools, township hospitals, small and medium-sized enterprises, non-public units, village groups and grassroots organizations outside the urban areas where the people's governments at or above the county level are located) and communities (referring to community grassroots organizations and community health service centers and stations, etc.). ), who has worked continuously for 2 years or more, and whose service expires, will be awarded 1 minute for each work 1 year, if they pass the examination of county-level organizations and personnel departments. The maximum score is no more than 5 points (volunteers who work in villages and towns, street agencies and institutions and have worked in village groups and communities for more than 6 months 1 year shall be regarded as working in rural areas and communities 1 year, and extra points shall be given according to the above methods). According to Sichuan Provincial Personnel Department's Reply on Agreeing that Volunteers of Chengdu's "One Village, One College Student Plan" can enjoy the service after the expiration of the service period with reference to the relevant policies of Chengdu's "Three Supports and One Support" plan volunteers (Chuanrenshe Department [2009]182), the volunteers of Chengdu's "One Village (Community) One College Student Cadre" plan expired their service and passed the examination when they registered.
If the volunteer service of the "One Village (Community) One College Student Cadre" program in our province expires, it shall be in accordance with the Implementation Opinions on Selecting College Graduates to Work in Villages (Communities) issued by the General Office of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of Sichuan Provincial People's Government (Sichuan Provincial Party Committee Office [2007] No.24) and the Policy Answers on Selecting College Graduates to Work in Villages (Communities) issued by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee.
At the same time, those who meet the above-mentioned bonus conditions will be given extra points according to the highest bonus items, without accumulation, and priority will be given under the same conditions.
(II) Personnel with outstanding performance in earthquake relief, who are commended by county (city, district), city (state) party committees, governments, city (state) organs and provincial organs when applying for civil servants in the hardest hit areas, will be given 2 points after the written test results are converted, and 3 points after the written test results are converted; When applying for civil servants in other parts of the province, those who are commended by county (city, district), city (state) party committees, governments, city (state) organs and provincial organs will be given 1 point after conversion, and those who are commended by provincial party committees, provincial governments, national ministries and commissions and above will be given 1.5 point after conversion. The worst-hit counties (cities, districts) refer to Wenchuan County, Beichuan County, Mianzhu City, shifang city, Qingchuan County, Maoxian County, Anxian County, Dujiangyan City, Pingwu County, Pengzhou City, Lixian County, jiangyou city City, Lizhou District of Guangyuan City, Chaotian District of Guangyuan City, wangcang county City, Zitong County, Youxian District of Mianyang City, Jingyang District of Deyang City, Xiaojin County and Mianyang City. Guangyuan City has 39 counties (cities, districts) such as Yuanba District, Dayi County, Baoxing County, Nanjiang County, Guanghan City, Hanyuan County, Shimian County and Jiuzhaigou County defined by relevant state ministries and commissions.
(3) According to Article 11 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), "When recruiting civil servants in ethnic autonomous areas in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, appropriate care shall be given to ethnic minority candidates in accordance with laws and relevant regulations", ethnic minority candidates who apply for positions in Ganzi Prefecture, Aba Prefecture, Liangshan Prefecture and ethnic minority autonomous counties will be given 1 point after the written test results are converted.
At the same time, candidates who meet the above-mentioned bonus conditions will have a total score of no more than 5 points after conversion.
