02
Click the color selector, set the color and change the background color of the newly created document to blue (RGB:0 196da), as shown in Figure 2.
03
The files on the wall are usually hung on the wall, so the big gray edge is used here (the so-called big gray edge/small gray edge is the term of the advertising company, and the big gray edge means that the edge is gray, relatively wide, and there is a ditch in the middle, which can be hung with a hook; Small gray edge means that the edge is also gray, but it is narrow, mainly sticking to the wall). The main purpose here is to hang on the wall, so the design purpose is big gray edge.
Because the big gray edge will occupy part of the space of the exhibition board, we should leave some margins for the gray edge (just like the margin setting in Word). Generally, the design margin of the exhibition board with big gray edge is 3 cm, but for the sake of beauty and not to make the text too horizontal, we set the margin to 5 cm here.
The setting of margins is mainly done through auxiliary lines, as shown in Figure 3.
04
Next, select the text tool, enter the title text in the display board, and adjust the font, font size and font color. Use the character panel. The effect is shown in Figure 4.
05
As can be seen from Figure 4, the red text on the blue background looks a bit eye-catching. Now let's add a layer style to the red text, double-click the text layer (or click ""at the bottom of the layer panel), and do the operation and numerical setting as shown in Figure 5 in the pop-up "Layer Style" dialog box, and finally see the effect in the figure.
06
Then enter the text content, usually copy and paste, because the general text is ready in Word. If there are many titles like this, first-level titles, second-level titles and third-level titles, use the text tool to drag them into a text box, copy and paste them into the box, and then click the text tool to copy and paste them for typesetting. Although it's a bit cumbersome, it works well in the end. For example, when I do the typesetting of exhibition boards, I usually click and paste directly with text tools.
After copying and pasting, roughly adjust the size, font and line spacing of the text, as shown in Figure 6.
07
As can be seen from Figure 6, some words have exceeded the document. Let's adjust the typesetting by pressing the Enter key and the space bar to make the content look beautiful, as shown in Figure 7 (note that only the Enter key and the space bar are used here).
08
As can be seen from Figure 7, the text has exceeded the vertical range of the document and looks dense as a whole, so we can further adjust it by reducing the font size and entering the key and space bar again. The adjusted effect is shown in Figure 8.
09
As can be seen from Figure 8, the overall effect is just right, indicating that the font size is set properly. Furthermore, we found that some characters selected in the white box in the figure exceeded the auxiliary line, and some did not reach the auxiliary line. As a whole, they seem to go in and out very irregularly. The following is a one-time adjustment of spacing, so that all characters in this line are aligned with the auxiliary line. The adjustment method is shown in Figure 9. (Select a line of text, enter a value or select a value in the character spacing of the character panel to adjust the character spacing until the effect is satisfactory. )
10
Do the same operation for other lines, and the effect after treatment is as shown in figure 10.
1 1
As can be seen from the figure 10, the text content has performed well. On the whole, it is found that the layout level of the content is not very clear. Here, by adjusting the title color and bold font, the layering is further strengthened. The final effect is shown in figure 1 1.
