Working procedures for formulating and revising group standards:
The process of standard preparation and revision includes: project establishment, project establishment, drafting, soliciting opinions, examination, approval, release, review and abolition. The compilation and revision of standards shall be carried out in sequence.
I. Proposal
The standard demanders (including organizations and individuals) put forward the proposal of the group standard system revision project and fill in the application for the establishment of the group standard system revision project.
Second, the project
Contact the association to review the project application. After the application is approved, the association will issue project documents and publicize them.
Third, drafting
After the group standard is established, the main drafters are determined, and a drafting working group is set up to carry out relevant preparatory work, including data collection, domestic and international situation analysis, necessary research and experimental verification.
Fourth, solicit opinions.
After the standard drafting working group completes the draft standard, it will solicit the opinions of relevant industry experts, producers and managers. The form of solicitation is generally letter solicitation or online public solicitation. The period for soliciting opinions is generally thirty days.
Review of verbs (abbreviation of verb)
Group standards can be reviewed through meetings or letters. In principle, technical review should be conducted by consensus. If a vote is required, not less than three-quarters of the votes in favor are required. The drafters of group standards cannot participate in the voting.
Recognition of intransitive verbs
Organize a formal review of the Group's standard approval materials. Materials that do not meet the relevant provisions of standard preparation and standard review will be returned to the drafting working group for revision. Materials that have passed the formal examination shall be approved.
Seven. Release; Emissions; issue
Through the approved standards, publish the standard number and publish it publicly on the national group standard information platform.
