Guoyuan V3 boldly innovated on the basis of the traditional brewing technology of Laowu Zan, and adopted the techniques of steaming hawthorn and Qingshijiao fermentation and four high and one long, namely, high-temperature koji-making, high-temperature accumulation, high-temperature fermentation, high-temperature wine-flowing and long-term storage.
