Solution:
1. Unable to receive a single message. Confirm whether harassment interception is set;
2. I can't get all the short messages. Settings → Application Management → Configuration Application → Default Application → SMS → Information;
3. If it is not received occasionally, confirm whether the network signal is stable, and then find another time or network operation;
4. Replace other SIM cards that can be used normally;
5. Back up important data and restore factory settings.
