How about buying an RV as a house?

I don't think this is feasible.

Although the RV can live, it focuses more on short-term living during travel. Even if it is promoted in the future, in terms of long-term residence, the first thing is to solve the long-term parking place. Where is the parking lot? How long can it stop? Is this in line with national policy? Now, as the subject said, how to make water and electricity? These problems need to be solved.

Even if these problems are not a problem, the more livable RVs on the market at present are all C-type RVs, and there is not much space. One or two people can live for a long time, and a family or even two parents will be crowded if they live for a long time.

You may say that there are many A-type RVs on the market, and there is absolutely enough space. However, at the current market price, the price of a Type A RV is not cheap. For example, Folena's bus RV has a market price of 5 million. This money is more than enough to buy a big house in third-and fourth-tier cities.

Therefore, from these perspectives, even if the RV, including other spaces that replace the house, is promoted, it is also the choice of ordinary people after buying a house, and it cannot completely replace the house to give us a feeling of a stable home. The problem of high housing prices is also difficult to solve from this aspect.
