1. If the tenderee (self-tendering) or tendering agency (entrusted tendering) needs to make necessary clarification or modification on the published bidding (prequalification) documents, it shall log on to the provincial public resources electronic trading platform and upload a notice of clarification or modification before the time specified in the bidding (prequalification) documents.
If the clarification or modification of the contents of the notice may affect the preparation of the tender documents (prequalification application documents), the tenderer or tendering agency shall notify all potential bidders who have obtained the prequalification documents or tender documents in writing at least 3 days before the deadline for submitting prequalification application documents or at least 15 days before the deadline for bidding. If it is less than 3 days or 15 days, the time for submitting prequalification application documents or bidding documents shall be postponed.
2. The electronic trading system will automatically issue a notice of clarification or modification after being filed and confirmed by the staff of the central document examination room, and at the same time, the system will assist all potential bidders who have downloaded the bidding (pre-qualification) documents by SMS.
Potential bidders should pay attention to browse the clarification and modification notices published on the Internet in time, and any consequences caused by the bidder (applicant) not being informed of the clarification and modification contents in time due to its own reasons shall be borne by the bidder (applicant).
