Strategy is a series of processes in which an enterprise, based on the market development forecast and the analysis of its own advantages and disadvantages, forms an expectation of its future development goals, thus making a major directional choice, forming an executable strategy, matching the corresponding organizations and resources, and then achieving the set goals.
