Xiaowu: What do you think you admire most about Mr. Shen?
Coach Liu Wei: Teacher Shen is a good teacher worthy of our respect. Let me talk about my personal views from the following points:
First, concentration-Mr. Shen's persistence in coaching knowledge deserves my respect and touch; He is the first coach who introduced enterprise coach to Chinese mainland, and also the leader of the third generation enterprise coach-organization coach in China. Since 2000, Mr. Shen has been officially using coaching techniques in Chinese mainland. In recent years, he has been practicing and exploring in many well-known enterprises, combined with foreign coaching schools, and finally found a set of coaching techniques suitable for China enterprises. Therefore, Mr. Shen's concentration is worth learning.
Second, major-through the study and communication with Mr. Shen, I learned that business coaching, as a tool of organization and management, is a very effective management tool in the era of knowledge economy. In the era of scientific management without capitalist society, China has directly entered the transition from industrial economy to knowledge economy, and the management object has changed from machines to knowledge workers. However, many enterprises are continuing the old management methods to cope with the very complex business environment, which makes it difficult. As early as several decades ago, foreign enterprises introduced the management mode of coaching, and formed a coaching culture that can make enterprises develop rapidly. Because Mr. Shen has a very accurate grasp of the application trend of coaching technology in China, he has been studying the application of coaching technology in enterprises in recent years. Teacher Shen often said: "Now China has reached the era of comprehensive coaching. Whether it is a state-owned enterprise or a private enterprise, there are many problems in management and operation. " For example, from strategy to implementation, from system management to employee management, enterprises are groping in disorder. In the course of our study, many problems of private enterprises seem simple on the surface, but we don't know where to start. At this time, the role of the boss has become a counselor, an expert and a trainer, and has become the target of employee kidnapping. If the boss's role is changed to coach, employees will start to think positively, fully tap their wisdom and encourage growth, so as to make the enterprise develop rapidly. Therefore, Mr. Shen realized the value of business coach in enterprise application very early, and scientifically combed the management process and organizational structure of the enterprise with the value chain as the core, so that the enterprise can truly run around the core interests with the result as the guide and realize the maximization of enterprise value. After years of practice, the coach architecture technology independently developed by Mr. Shen has matured with the times and is the most professional business coach in China.
Third, great love-speaking of making money, if Mr. Shen wanted to make money through the course, he would have made a lot of money. You can make money by giving lectures, so why bother doing research? Mr. Shen has always insisted on putting the study of coaching system in the first place in line with the development of enterprises in China. Our master confiscated a penny from us this time. He really wants to pass on this mantle. This is a great love for China's coaching development. As a disciple of Mr. Shen, I feel even more honored. Xiaowu: Coach Liu Wei, what do you think is the biggest difference between this business coaching course and the professional coaching course?
Coach Liu Wei: There are many coaching schools in the world. Teacher Shen often tells us: "The coach doesn't say it, he does it." Through these days' courses, we have seen that coaching skills focus on application. As a tool, only in the application can it show its value. Now many teachers use this as a selling point to make money. In fact, this is misleading the true connotation of coaching skills. So this time, Mr. Shen repositioned business coaches in many schools. "Business coaches create business results, and through the guidance of coaches and the support of questioning structure, enterprises can find their own key value chain and the value growth points of all links in the value chain, thus maximizing the value of enterprises." Business coaches are more practical, more in-depth and more practical than professional coaches. I learned the coach dialogue originally, but I don't know how to use it. After this course, my practicality and question structure have improved!

Xiaowu: Can you tell me about your personal expectations for the future development of business coaches?
Coach Liu Wei: Although the first business coaching course has ended, many students will take part in future studies and then practice in enterprises. It can really help enterprises solve problems, improve performance and play the role of coaching technology. As enterprise coaches, we can also be engaged in executive coaching and serve business owners, so that they can see how to position the value of their own enterprises from a strategic perspective, how to manage enterprises by using value chain links, how to illuminate the blind spots in enterprise development, and let enterprises develop faster and better.
At the end of the interview, coach Liu Wei said: In recent years, the competition in the domestic commercial field is fierce, and there are many uncertain factors in the development of the industry. Many enterprises misjudge their strategy because they don't have the concept of value chain, and their development direction will be lost. At the whole implementation level, they are confused in the process of managing the post-80 s and post-90 s knowledge workers, and the enterprises cannot form a joint force, which leads to the consumption of most of the costs in the internal management process, thus losing their competitiveness and further affecting them. If business coaches are introduced into enterprises, coaching culture of enterprises is established, and a value chain template is formed from strategy to result and from planning to action, the enterprise strategy will be put on the ground, the development speed of enterprises will become faster and the direction will be clearer, and employees and enterprises will be truly tied together to form core competitiveness.
