Shenyang Xinle Site Museum, built in the original site of Xinle Site, is a site museum that introduces the civilization of Liaohe River Basin.
Xinle site is located on the plateau north of Xinkaihe and Longshan Road in Huanggu District, Shenyang. It is a settlement site in the matriarchal clan period in the Neolithic Age and a very important prehistoric archaeological relic in the Liaohe River Basin in Northeast China.
General situation of architecture
The site is about 350m long from east to west and150m wide from north to south, with a total area of 52,500m2. This is the site over 7000 years ago. Up to now, the field archaeological excavation area in the central area of the site has reached more than 5,000 square meters. It is confirmed that there are three layers of cultural accumulation in this area, and 40 semi-basement buildings have been excavated.

The architectural site is a rectangular semi-crypt with an area of 95.46 square meters. There is a fire room in the middle and a column hole around the cave wall. A large number of cultural relics were unearthed at the construction site.
