Information disclosure guide of Sichuan Seismological Bureau

The Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Information Openness (Order No.492 of the State Council) (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) was adopted at the 1 65th executive meeting of the State Council on June 7, 2007 and came into force on May12008. According to the "Regulations", all government information closely related to people's production, life and economic and social activities shall be disclosed on their own initiative or provided at the request of citizens, legal persons or other organizations, except those that are not disclosed according to law. In order to better provide government information disclosure services and improve the transparency of government work, Sichuan Seismological Bureau has compiled the Guide to Government Information Disclosure of Sichuan Seismological Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Guide). Citizens, legal persons or other organizations that need government information disclosure services of their own organs are advised to read the Guide.

The guide is updated once a year, and citizens, legal persons or other organizations can consult it on the government portal of the unit, or obtain it by mail or in the office of the unit.

First, active disclosure

Scope of disclosure

See the Catalogue of Government Information Disclosure of Seismological Bureau of Sichuan Province (hereinafter referred to as the Catalogue) for the scope of information voluntarily disclosed.

The government information voluntarily disclosed by this unit is mainly disclosed in the following ways: 1. Government information is made public through government portals. 2. Citizens, legal persons or other organizations may, according to the special needs of production, life and scientific research, apply to their own units for obtaining government information other than voluntary disclosure. (two) the specific steps of application

To apply to this unit, it is suggested to fill in the Application Form for Government Information Disclosure of Sichuan Earthquake Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Application Form). A copy of the application form is valid and can be obtained from the accepting institution or downloaded from the website of the unit.

In order to improve the efficiency of processing applications, the applicant should describe the required information as clearly as possible; If possible, please provide the information name, generation date or other tips that will help our company determine the information.

Applicants can apply through the following three channels: (1) Apply through the Internet. Applicants can fill in the electronic application form on the website of this institution; Applicants can fill in the application form and send it online. (2) Letters, telegrams and faxes. If the applicant applies by letter, please indicate the words "government information disclosure application" in the lower left corner of the envelope; If the applicant applies by telegram or fax, please indicate the words "application for government information disclosure" accordingly. (3) Apply in person. The applicant can apply at the site of the accepting institution.

Special instructions:

Applicants who apply for access to their own relevant government information shall submit a written application to their units with valid identity documents or supporting documents;

This unit does not directly accept telephone applications, but applicants can consult by telephone.

The unit shall register the valid application and issue a registration receipt.

If the information applied for belongs to the information voluntarily disclosed by the unit, the unit shall terminate the application acceptance procedure and inform the applicant of the ways and means to obtain the information within the statutory time limit.

After receiving the application, if you can reply on the spot, give a written reply on the spot; If you can't answer on the spot, you should give a written reply to the applicant within 15 working days from the date of registration. If it is really necessary to extend the reply period, it shall be approved by the person in charge of the government information disclosure work institution of the unit, and inform the applicant that the longest extension of the reply period shall not exceed 15 working days. (1) If it should be made public, inform the applicant of the ways and means to obtain information, and issue a Notice of Government Information Disclosure. If it is necessary to extend the publicity period, it shall explain the reasons and time limit for the extension. (2) if it is not made public, inform the applicant that it will not be made public, and issue a notice of non-disclosure of government information to inform the reasons for not being made public. (3) If the administrative organ refuses to make it public, it shall inform the applicant; If the information disclosure organ can be determined, the name and contact information of the organ shall be informed, and a notice of non-governmental information shall be issued. (4) If the government information applied for disclosure does not exist, inform the applicant and issue a notice that the government information does not exist. (5) If the contents of the application for disclosure are not clear, inform the applicant to change and supplement the application, and issue a Notice of Application for Correction of Government Information. (six) the government information applied for disclosure contains contents that should not be disclosed. Can be treated differently, inform the applicant, and issue a notice of partial disclosure of government information.

(3) Charge

This unit provides government information according to the application, and will charge fees for searching, copying and mailing in accordance with relevant regulations. The specific charging standards shall be implemented with reference to the charging standards of Sichuan Province for providing government information upon application.

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations think that the unit does not fulfill the obligation of government information disclosure according to law, and can report to the discipline inspection, supervision and audit office of Sichuan Earthquake Administration.

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations can also report to the supervisory organ or the administrative organ at a higher level, and the organ that accepts the report will investigate and deal with it.

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law if they think that the specific administrative act of an administrative organ in the work of government information disclosure infringes upon their legitimate rights and interests.
