While controlling the dust emission of people in clean rooms, which is the biggest pollution source in clean workshops, we should also control the dust emission of workshop manufacturing equipment, which is the second biggest pollution source. This puts forward high requirements for the design and installation of pure water equipment in clean workshop.

1, pure water equipment material

Avoid using paint on the surface of pure water equipment to prevent peeling. The contact material of water for injection must be high-quality low-carbon stainless steel or other materials that have been verified not to pollute the water quality. The pure water storage tank shall be made of stainless steel or other materials that have been proved to be non-toxic, corrosion-resistant and free from pollution ions.

2, pure water equipment pipeline installation

Pure water pipeline should be welded by hot-melt argon arc welding, and the inner wall should be smooth. Welding quality should be checked, the number of welded joints should be recorded, and X-ray photos should be taken. Because it is difficult to take pictures of the pipeline in the interlayer, the form of taking pictures first should be adopted. Generally, automatic argon arc welding and hot melt welding are adopted, and the welding control parameters such as flow rate and frequency are determined according to the equipment manual.

Then weld several joints according to welding parameters and take photos before installation. If it meets the requirements, it can be controlled within these welding parameters after installation to ensure smooth welding. After welding, pressure test was conducted with deionized water. The pressure test is 1.5 times the working pressure, and no leakage is acceptable.

3. Installation confirmation of pure water equipment

According to the design drawings and technical data provided, check whether the installation of pure water equipment meets the design and specifications; Pure water equipment mainly includes mechanical filter, activated carbon filter, electrodialysis, water pump, distilled water machine, mixed bed ion exchanger and so on. The inspection items include the installation and connection of electricity, connecting pipes, compressed air, instruments, water supply and filters.
