The school has 0/90 faculty members, including 0/76 full-time teachers. Among the full-time teachers, there are 75 teachers with postgraduate education or master's degree or above, 89 teachers with associate professor education or above, 25 provincial and municipal backbone teachers, 59 double-qualified teachers, and the municipal teaching team 1 person (Wei Li Kindergarten Teacher Studio).
School teachers are professional and academic leaders, and they are also the leaders of preschool education in Changchun secondary vocational schools. The "Syllabus of Preschool Education College" compiled by school teachers and the 1 1 textbook edited by school teachers have been published by Higher Education Press and used all over the country.
The school offers seven majors: preschool education, special education, music education, art education, early education, primary education, art calligraphy and normal school, and recruits high school graduates (three-year system) and junior high school graduates (five-year system).
Preschool education is the first batch of municipal demonstration majors in Changchun, and there are six municipal excellent courses: children's literature, vocal music, children's health care, solfeggio, children's English and piano. The school has more than 2200 full-time students.

Changchun Teachers College is a public college approved by the provincial government in 20 15 (the former Changchun Kindergarten Teachers College founded by 1962 and the former Changchun Special Education Teachers College were merged).
