Its work contents include: collecting and sorting out bidding information and making bidding documents; Responsible for the preparation, typesetting, printing, copying, binding and other work of bidding documents to ensure that the bidding documents are completed on schedule and meet the requirements; Assist sales department and engineering staff to negotiate with customers and confirm important information such as project duration and cost; Handle and report the total price calculation, quota unit price and other issues in the bidding process to ensure accurate and reasonable quotation; Coordinate bidding documents with relevant departments and project leaders; Organize relevant departments to prepare for bidding, make reasonable work plan and follow up the process.
