Introduction to CAIA
AIA, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, was awarded by Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association of Massachusetts, USA. The association is a non-profit organization and the only educational standard designed for people who specialize in alternative investments.
The CAIA project includes two levels. The first level uses investment analysis to check the basic characteristics of various alternative investment assets, and the second level uses these analyses in asset allocation and decision-making framework.
What are the contents of the exam?
The CAIA course covers hedge funds, real estate, private equity, commodities and managed futures, which proves the professionalism of licensees in the field of alternative investment and makes licensees and their companies stand out in the market competition. Nearly 30 well-known universities around the world, such as University of Southern California, new york University, National University of Singapore, Lausanne Business School and Wudaokou Finance College in Tsinghua, have cooperated with CAIA.
