1. After going through the resignation formalities according to law, the employer must issue a certificate of dissolution of the labor contract (i.e. resignation certificate), and at the same time, it must settle the wages, deposits and economic compensation of the workers.
2. The employing unit shall not deduct or default at will, and the parties may ask for reconciliation when going through the resignation formalities. Otherwise, the parties concerned may appeal to the Labor Bureau or report the illegal acts of the employing unit.
3. If both parties dissolve or terminate the labor contract according to law, the employing unit shall pay the employee's salary in one lump sum when dissolving or terminating the labor contract.
