First, introduce the object and conditions

(A) the introduction object

(2) Conditions for introduction

3. Have the education level, corresponding titles and qualifications required for the introduction of posts;

(3) The following persons shall not be registered

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment or reeducation through labor for crimes;

2. People who have been expelled from public office;

3. It is found that there is fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels and in the recruitment of public institutions, and it is still not allowed to enter the examination period;

4. After employment, it constitutes avoidance relationship;

Second, the introduction procedure

The introduction work shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures of announcement, registration and qualification examination, examination, assessment, physical examination, publicity, approval and employment (including trial).

(1) Announcement

(3) Examination

It mainly tests the comprehensive quality of the introduced object, such as writing ability, comprehensive analysis ability, summary ability and practical work ability. Those who pass the examination are listed as physical examination objects. The physical examination was carried out in a general hospital at or above the county level designated by the Huaxi District Talent Work Coordination Group and a physical examination conclusion was issued. The conclusion of medical examination issued by other non-designated medical institutions shall not be recognized. Physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice of Guizhou Provincial Personnel Department and Guizhou Provincial Health Department on Printing and Distributing General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servants in Guizhou Province (for Trial Implementation) (Ren Qianfa [2005] No.4).

Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified from introducing. Due to reasons such as the voluntary abstention of the examination or medical examination object, whether to decide to introduce another candidate is decided by the Huaxi District Talent Work Leading Group. (6) Publicity

(7) Examination and employment

After the introduction of candidates is approved by the district leading group for talent work, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the introduction of talents by public institutions. The employing unit shall sign an employment contract with the personnel to be hired according to the management authority and report it to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record. The employment period is five years, and the probation period for new employees is one year, which is included in the employment contract period. After the probation period, those who pass the examination are formally employed, and those who fail the examination terminate the employment contract.

Third, work discipline.

Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based introduction. In accordance with the policies, regulations, conditions, standards and working procedures, we will strictly check and resolutely put an end to such undesirable phenomena as fraud. Every link of the entrance examination must be supervised and inspected by the discipline inspection and supervision personnel.
