In order to optimize the talent structure, promote the strategy of strengthening the region with talents and stimulate the innovation vitality of talents, according to the relevant regulations on the introduction of high-level talents in Guiyang, our region decided to openly introduce 20 doctors/kloc-0 people and masters (or associate senior and above professional and technical titles) to the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.
First, introduce the object and conditions
(A) the introduction object
1. Full-time personnel with master's degree or above;
2. Professional and technical personnel with associate senior and above titles, rich business experience and strong practical operation ability.
(2) Conditions for introduction
Anyone who has China nationality and meets the following conditions can apply:
1. Support the leadership of China * * * production party, love socialism, have a decent style, love their jobs and be dedicated to their work;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws and have good conduct;
3. Have the education level, corresponding titles and qualifications required for the introduction of posts;
4. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally, and meet the requirements of the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation);
(3) The following persons shall not be registered
1. Persons who have received criminal punishment or reeducation through labor for crimes;
2. People who have been expelled from public office;
3. It is found that there is fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels and in the recruitment of public institutions, and it is still not allowed to enter the examination period;
4. After employment, it constitutes avoidance relationship;
5 does not meet the requirements of the relevant conditions for the introduction of posts;
6. A major responsibility event occurs during the tenure (work) or tenure; Being punished by Party discipline and government discipline for corruption, bribery, disclosure of state secrets, etc., or being determined as incompetent (unqualified) in the annual assessment in the past three years;
7. There are laws, regulations and other provisions that may not be employed as staff of public institutions.
Second, the introduction procedure
The introduction work shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures of announcement, registration and qualification examination, examination, assessment, physical examination, publicity, approval and employment (including trial).
(1) Announcement

(2) Registration and prequalification

Electronic file information must be provided when registering:
(1) scanned copies of the original graduation certificate and degree certificate (full-time college graduates with scanned copies of the original employment recommendation form);
(2) A valid scanned copy of the original Resident Identity Card (or a scanned copy of the household registration certificate issued by the public security organ where the household registration is located and stamped with the official seal of the public security organ, which shall not exceed the validity period);

(3) Examination
It mainly tests the comprehensive quality of the introduced object, such as writing ability, comprehensive analysis ability, summary ability and practical work ability. The form and time of the test shall be determined by the office of the district talent work coordination group in combination with the characteristics of the required post. The specific details will be officially announced in Huaxi District People's Government Public Information Network, Huaxi District Organization Network and Huaxi District Human Resources and Social Security Network.
(IV) The leading group for determining the selection of personnel for posts determines the candidates to be introduced according to the investigation of the introduced objects and their own specialties (and on the basis of soliciting the opinions of the introduced objects, some candidates to be introduced are adjusted, and posts without suitable candidates are cancelled).
(5) Examination and physical examination
To assess the morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty of the object to be introduced, and if one of the following circumstances is found in the assessment, it shall not be introduced.

2. Having a criminal record and serious violations of law and discipline, or being recognized as a criminal suspect by judicial organs;

4. Does not meet the qualification conditions for the introduction of posts;

Those who pass the examination are listed as physical examination objects. The physical examination was carried out in a general hospital at or above the county level designated by the Huaxi District Talent Work Coordination Group and a physical examination conclusion was issued. The conclusion of medical examination issued by other non-designated medical institutions shall not be recognized. Physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice of Guizhou Provincial Personnel Department and Guizhou Provincial Health Department on Printing and Distributing General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servants in Guizhou Province (for Trial Implementation) (Ren Qianfa [2005] No.4).
Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified from introducing. Due to reasons such as the voluntary abstention of the examination or medical examination object, whether to decide to introduce another candidate is decided by the Huaxi District Talent Work Leading Group. Anyone who enters the examination and physical examination is deemed to have abstained automatically because he can't contact or cooperate to complete the examination and physical examination within the specified time before the examination and physical examination.
(6) Publicity
Candidates who have passed the physical examination will be publicized for 7 days in the public information network of Huaxi District People's Government, the organization network of Huaxi District and the human resources and social security network of Huaxi District, and will be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision departments and the society.
(7) Examination and employment
After the introduction of candidates is approved by the district leading group for talent work, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the introduction of talents by public institutions. The introduction of high-level talents in public institutions is subject to a probation system. The employing unit shall sign an employment contract with the personnel to be hired according to the management authority and report it to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record. The employment period is five years, and the probation period for new employees is one year, which is included in the employment contract period. After the probation period, those who pass the examination are formally employed, and those who fail the examination terminate the employment contract.
Third, work discipline.
The introduction of high-level talents is supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision departments and all walks of life. Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based introduction. In accordance with the policies, regulations, conditions, standards and working procedures, we will strictly check and resolutely put an end to such undesirable phenomena as fraud. Every link of the entrance examination must be supervised and inspected by the discipline inspection and supervision personnel. Staff and candidates should strictly abide by relevant rules and regulations. If there is any violation or fraud, once verified, the qualification of candidates will be cancelled, and the staff will handle it in accordance with relevant regulations.
