Four, responsible for the city's college student work related affairs acceptance and guidance services.

Accept applications from non-Shanghai graduates for employment in Shanghai and establish a database of imported talents. (three) to undertake the electronic registration, daily management, printing and distribution of the academic certificates of freshmen in secondary vocational schools and adult secondary specialized schools in the city.
